The MA will undertake assigned duties and tasks in the company’s operational activities. The key activities in this Apprenticeship programme include –
- Marketing research
- Customer communication
- Customer support service
- Work planning, control and follow up
- Activities coordination with fellow team members
- Website and system management.
Each area of work will require the person to –
- Be a self-learner and have a sense of curiosity
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Perform weekly reporting – verbally and written
- Identify work problems and develop / execute solutions
For the above purpose, the person shall have –
- Critical thinking skills, or prepare to develop critical thinking skills
- The ability to listen and quick to understand things
- The ability to communicate clearly and precisely in good English
- Personal organisation and
- The willingness to accept and argue alternative views and solutions.
