Objective	Project work management has specific requirements beyond routine work. Larger projects have more requirements and are undertaken with certain conditions. This programme provides a framework for managing projects at senior management leveland prepares the manager to undertake project work efficiently.
On Completion	The participant will be able to organize and supervise project work assignments to ensure effectiveness and satisfactory completion.
Methodology	This programme is delivered with a combination of scenario analysis, self – discovery and thinking skills. Individual learners can undertake self-learning on request.
