Creating value of an organization, among other things, requires entrepreneurship of its management and executives. For all the understanding of management and market conditions, the lack of entrepreneurship creates boundaries to progress and limits growth. Progress and growth of an organization needs entrepreneurship, not just good management. In an environment of intense competition and uncertainty, staying at status quo is not an option but entrepreneurship is not a choice either.

Subject	Description
Objective	Entrepreneurship is change and value creation embodied so that the organization and society progress. The world is constantly changing for the better and business organization needs to change and with it comes entrepreneurship of its senior management team.
On Completion	Completion of this brings a higher degree of awareness of the role of leadership in bringing progress through change and with value creation to stay ahead of competition.
Methodology	This a self-reflection & personal discovery exercise assisted by the instructor to develop deep understanding of entrepreneurship both in the Individual as an executive of the corporation as well as a person. Individual learners can undertake self-learning on request
Audience	Senior managers, in particular, leaders of the organizations have the role of creating value so that their businesses stay ahead and not stagnate.
