Intensive data, information, instructions and reports are generated everyday across the organization for management, colleagues, staff, suppliers and customers. Managing these require efficient communication skills. Understanding the information, and conveying them appropriately to the right people is crucial. Poor understanding and the inability to articulate ideas and strategies can lead to errors at work, mistakes in customer management and other countless inefficiencies. For the executive progressing to next level responsibilities, ineffective communication skills will be a serious drawback.

Subject Description
Objective Continuous change @ work necessitates navigating the changes with new strategies and actions. This begins with understanding change, the needs and requirements to bring desired impact. Forceful or voluntary change requires understanding, strategy and skills to implement for lasting positive outcome. This programme provides that foundation for making changes.
On Completion The manager or executive in charge of bringing change and improvement to the workplace is prepared with good understanding of the behaviour of people affected by change as well as some tools and ideas to help make change possible, and effective, and with least discomfort.
Methodology This programme uses self-reflection and personal discovery, all assisted by the instructor to deepen the understanding and develop the skills in implementing change. Individuals can undertake self-learning on request.
Audience Leaders and managers at various levels of the organization experience change or have request for change all the time. Some small changes can lead to the grand vision. Hence, these managers including senior executives and heads of departments will benefit very well from this course too.
