Subject Description
Objective Work arising from customer engagement and management decisions has to be delivered efficiently and quickly. The delivery must meet instructions or specification, within the budget and the time set for completion. Success in this ensures no errors, on time and at no extra costs.
On Completion On completion of this course the individual would have the foundation for managing routine and non-routine work, prepare for higher work performance and able to set standards for work achievement.
Methodology This programme uses self-reflection and personal discovery, all assisted by the instructor to direct focus towards achieving work performance and success. Individuals can undertake self-learning on request.
Audience Team leaders and supervisors will find this relevant and important to enhance their understanding and skills in managing work and performance, and resources control.
