Bringing out the best in people requires a deep understanding of work teams, and what drives people to perform.  Real leadership is not a popularity game.

Subject Description
Objective The main objective is creating an in-depth understanding of leadership and preparation for senior management roles at work. It will also provide a good understanding of the relationship between the leader and team members.
On Completion The learner participant will acquire a framework for the practice of team building and leadership for effective results. This framework will form the foundation for development of exceptional leadership skills among those ambitious for C-suite roles.
Methodology This programme uses self-reflection and personal discovery, all assisted by the instructor to deepening understanding and to develop the thinking skills. Individuals can undertake self-learning on request.
Audience Everyone with a dream to become a leader in the workplace should prepare ahead, regardless of his or her engineering, legal or sales background. Junior executives are welcome to this as a preparation for career progress. Leadership should be learnt early, rather than later.
