Credit executives are always engaged in various functions — from credit marketing to credit assessment and in monitoring loan conditions of various borrowers. Clarity of reports, appropriate content and timely submission to management is invaluable, both to facilitate credit decision making and as well to customer service by a faster turnaround response. Good communication to management is not a matter of just good English, but also adequate and relevant subject coverage, factual in content with a good analysis, and of suitable writing styles. Until the credit issues are well communicated, they might never be known or appreciated in the credit decision process. This 2-day workshop is aimed at developing a practical and structured writing approach for credit reporting. Participants are likely to be credit analysts and banking executives.
